   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
   • Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for returns.

   • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the exchange request.
   • Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Return Shipping:

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
